ARAW is a public non-profit company, wholly owned by local governments, with a share capital of PLN 26 million. Its shareholders are 30 local governments of the Wrocław agglomeration. The executive body of the company is a 2-person board, while the supervision over the company's activity in all its areas is exercised by a three-person supervisory board.
