Wellnuss Premium Snacks was born out of my conviction that the conference table should not be the territory of the standard biscuit mixture and that small appetites can be satisfied with a higher quality in between than with chocolate from the desk drawer. And so I made it "easy": Together with a trained nutritionist and friends, I spent many evenings combining nuts and dried fruits, tasting the mixes, putting them together, trying again. Until our favorites were fixed.
