QIQO – Key Worker Communities is a social impact venture in the private rented sector. QIQO acquires or develops rented key worker accommodation in Zones 1-2 of London which is retained and managed under the QIQO operating platform. QIQO is an affordable housing product which aims to address the structural and societal issues which arise when newly qualified doctors, teachers and front-line emergency services staff are unable to live among the communities they serve.
