OpConnect is a technology company dedicated to the reduction in greenhouse gases through the electrification of transportation. We provide turnkey EV fueling solutions that consist of charging infrastructure, our cloud-based software platform that provides payment processing, energy management, a reservation system and maintenance tickets for the chargers. In addition to selling and operating EV charging stations under contract with the charging station owners, we also license our charging management software platform, including web portals and mobile apps for drivers, to fueling solution providers throughout the world so that they can easily stand up their own charging networks for their local drivers.
