BfR Professional is a startup operating out of Denmark and was founded in 2015 by Lars and Martin - two co-founders both with +10 years of personal experience within fitness. After many years of heavy lifting in the gym where joints and tendons are pressured to the max, they came across blood flow restriction training as a way of complementing their workout routine.
