An open source community project to create a free exchange of books. Building hyper-local communities around books. Our team consists of regular but book loving folks like you – who are artists, architects, engineers and MBA’s. We consider books as our priceless assets and we all agree that we have been benefited by communities. Don’t we all use Wikipedia as our go to source for information? We have also seen the love of community with the likes of couch-surfing. Companies like Airbnb, Lyft etc. are not bad either, right? We are motivated by a desire to bring millions of books, adorning bookshelves, back into circulation. We want to promote literacy and the love of reading by creating a free book exchange which is ‘for the people, by the people’.
