Awful experience with PlusProperties
We are currently having an awful experience with this construction agency PlusProperties (Cyprus).
Main points influenced our impression:
1. The delay of delivery of the purchased property is 9 months at the moment. And the unit is still not delivered to us, and we do not even know the final delivery date.
The developer tried to justify himself telling us that their contractor fooled them and had not fulfilled his obligations, and that electricity authority delayed the electricity supply - but all these which a purchaser should be responsible for.
2. The developer did not inform us neither about completion dates nor about delays on time. We have to ask them first to get any infomation. Due to this, we faced issues with arranging and rescheduling our movement and deliveries, and moreover our rent of apartment where we temporarily live.
3. The quality of internal works is frankly poor. Keep in mind that we did not expect much from this developer (since this is more like an economy-middle class developer, not something luxury), we expected just a clean and well made works. What we received: leaking corner between ceiling and wall, scratches and chips on the kitchen furniture, bedroom closet and doorjambs made from the cheapest materials, scratches on the window frame, chip on the floor tile, crooked hanged handles and bathroom faucet, cabinets for home appliances with non-standard sized, non-opened cabinet because of wrongly hanged air conditioner and other. All these things look poor together. They are trying to fix some things, but we have to constantly argue with them.
These points are critical for us, so we cannot recommend PlusProperties as a construction agency. Please take into account the above-mentioned comments while planning your cooperation with this company.
