I had a mixed experience with the Western Plains Library System. While the library has a wide selection of books and resources, I found the staff to be indifferent and unhelpful. It was difficult to find assistance when needed, and the overall atmosphere was quite impersonal. The online catalog, however, is user-friendly and makes it easy to search for materials. The library's physical space is also well-maintained and offers a comfortable environment for studying or reading. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and staff engagement.
