My experience with an investment bank was not as expected. While the rates were good, the overall customer service left much to be desired. The bank claimed to provide personalized service, but I didn't feel that they truly understood my needs. Additionally, their online platform was often slow and unresponsive. I hope the bank takes customer feedback into consideration and improves their services in the future.
