I had a mixed experience with Rezayat group. Some aspects of their service were excellent, while others were disappointing. Overall, I would rate them as average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, their customer support was not very responsive. It took them a long time to get back to me with answers to my questions. The quality of their products was also not consistent. Some items were great, but others did not meet my expectations. In terms of pricing, I found them to be slightly higher compared to their competitors. In summary, I think Rezayat group has room for improvement and could benefit from focusing on customer satisfaction.
