I have been a customer of Chemipal for several years now and I must say, their service is average. While they do deliver on time, their customer support can be a hit or miss. There have been occasions where I had to wait on hold for a long time just to speak with a representative. Overall, I am satisfied with their products but I feel like they could improve their communication with customers.
