I recently hired this company to handle some environmental issues at my property. Overall, I had an average experience with them. The staff seemed knowledgeable and professional, and they did the job that was required of them. However, I felt that the communication could have been better. It took a bit longer than expected to receive updates on the progress, and there were a few instances where I had to reach out to them for clarification. Additionally, the website could use some improvement. It was a bit difficult to navigate and find the information I needed. On the positive side, the technicians who came to my property were prompt and efficient in completing the tasks. Overall, I would say that they did an adequate job, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and website usability.
