I recently booked a trip with Prime travels and it was an average experience. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, the overall trip didn't meet my expectations. The accommodations were basic and the tour guide was not very knowledgeable. I wouldn't highly recommend Prime travels, but I wouldn't discourage others from trying them out either.
