I recently enrolled in an online program with this academy and found the experience to be quite average. The website was user-friendly, and the course materials were comprehensive. However, I felt that the level of engagement and support from the instructors could have been improved. The lack of interactive sessions and personalized feedback made it challenging to stay motivated. Additionally, the communication regarding deadlines and upcoming events was not always clear, leading to some confusion. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the flexibility of the online platform and the variety of courses offered. With some enhancements to the student support system and communication channels, this academy could provide a more enriching learning experience.
