I recently had an experience with this company, and I must say it was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed quite quickly. However, I felt that the overall customer service was lacking. It took a while for someone to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the responses were not very helpful. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit steep for the services offered. On the positive side, I do appreciate the company's mission to create a sense of community and support for individuals. Also, the resources provided on the website were informative. Overall, my experience with this company was average. Although there were some positives, the customer service and pricing could definitely use some improvement.
