I had an average experience with Destination Havasu. The website, destinationhavasu.com, was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very friendly and did not seem knowledgeable about the activities in the area. Overall, it was an okay experience.
