I recently visited a pediatric clinic in Raleigh, NC and had an average experience overall. The staff seemed friendly, but the waiting time was a bit longer than expected, which was a minor inconvenience. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for children. The doctors were knowledgeable and addressed my concerns adequately, although the bedside manner could have been a bit warmer. I appreciated the convenience of booking appointments online through their website, but the website design could use some improvement as it was a little difficult to navigate. The pricing seemed reasonable and they accepted my insurance, which was a definite plus. Overall, my experience at this pediatric clinic was average and met my basic expectations.
