I recently purchased a motorbike from the company's website and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of bikes to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. I had a few questions about the bike I was interested in and when I reached out to their customer support via email, it took them several days to respond. Additionally, when I finally received my bike, there were some minor cosmetic damages that were not mentioned in the product description. On the positive side, the delivery was prompt and the bike runs smoothly. While I am satisfied with my purchase, I do think there are areas where the company can improve in terms of communication and product accuracy.
