I recently used the services of this audiovisual and entertainment company for an event I organized. I had heard good things about them, so I had high expectations. However, I would say the overall experience was average. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which was a plus. The staff was knowledgeable, but not particularly friendly or engaging. The equipment provided was of good quality, but there were some technical issues during the event that took time to resolve. The setup and teardown were efficient, and they were able to accommodate last-minute changes. However, the pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies. Overall, my experience with the company was neither exceptional nor disappointing. They delivered what was promised, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
