As a CUSTOMER, I have had an average experience with Landmark elevator inc. The overall service was satisfactory but there were a few areas for improvement. The technicians arrived promptly but lacked proper communication skills. However, the elevator installation was done efficiently. Although there were no major issues, I believe the company can enhance their customer service to provide a great experience.
