I have been using Inkd for quite some time now, and I must say their service is average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing extraordinary. The customer support is responsive, but sometimes it takes a while to get a resolution for any issues. Overall, I would say Inkd is a decent company to work with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
