I am a customer of Recon llc (rowland engineering consultants). Overall, my experience with them has been average. The company website, reconllc.net, is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and the representatives were not very helpful. The quality of their work is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. I would recommend Recon llc for their competitive pricing, but they need to work on enhancing their customer service.
