I found the online courses to be quite average. The website was user-friendly and the course materials were accessible, but overall, the content didn't live up to my expectations. The interactive features were lacking and the engagement with instructors was minimal. I did appreciate the flexibility of the self-paced learning, but the lack of real-time feedback was disappointing. The customer support was responsive, but I encountered some technical issues that were frustrating. While there were some positives, the overall experience left me feeling like there was room for improvement.
