I had an average experience with Graphik Impact. While the designs were decent, the overall process was not as smooth as I had hoped. The communication was lacking, and it often took longer than expected to receive updates or responses. Additionally, there were a couple of instances where my feedback was not incorporated effectively. Overall, they are an okay choice for simple projects, but there is room for improvement.
