I am writing to provide feedback on my experience working at Actia over the course of one and a half years. Regrettably, my time there was marked by numerous issues that significantly impacted my satisfaction.

First and foremost, Actia Engineering Service culture fosters a toxic environment characterized by micromanagement and favoritism. Decisions regarding promotions and recognition seemed to be based more on personal connections rather than merit, which created a sense of disillusionment among employees who were genuinely dedicated and hardworking.

Moreover, the lack of appreciation for quality work was disheartening. Instead, attention seemed to be disproportionately directed towards individuals who engaged in office politics or engaged in unnecessary repetition rather than those who contributed meaningfully to the company's goals.

Furthermore, the company's disregard for basic employment rights, such as failing to provide a final settlement and withholding information regarding legal obligations, is deeply concerning. Employees deserve transparency and fair treatment, which was sorely lacking in my experience.

Additionally, the absence of training opportunities and meaningful projects further exacerbated the lack of motivation and professional growth. A company should invest in its employees' development and provide avenues for them to expand their skills and expertise.

In conclusion, my time at Actia Engineering Services was marred by a pervasive culture of toxicity, mismanagement, and disregard for employee well-being. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for reflection before joining Actia Engineering Services
