👍 Merritt's has a sleek and user-friendly website. Their products are easily accessible and the checkout process is smooth. However, the overall experience was just average. The selection of items was lacking variety and I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was decent, but not exceptional. They answered my questions promptly but didn't go above and beyond to assist me. The shipping was on time, which was appreciated. The quality of the product I received was satisfactory, although it didn't exceed my expectations. Overall, Merritt's is a decent company with an average selection, service, and product quality. I would consider shopping with them again, but I'm not overly impressed.
