I recently had a chance to work with a consulting firm located in London. I visited their website and found it to be well-designed and user-friendly. The website provided detailed information about the services they offer, which was helpful in getting an understanding of their capabilities. However, I felt that the level of communication from the company was average. While they were responsive, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of providing timely updates and addressing queries promptly.
