I recently purchased some safety equipment from prosafety.es for my construction project. While the website was user-friendly 🌟, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The delivery took longer than expected, delaying my project timeline ⏰. In addition, some of the items I received were not exactly what I had ordered, which was frustrating. However, I must commend their customer service for their prompt response and effort in resolving the issue 👏🏻. They promptly sent the correct items and provided a discount for the inconvenience. Although the experience was average, I appreciate their willingness to rectify the situation. I hope they can improve their delivery process and attention to detail to ensure a smoother experience for customers in the future. 🛠️
