The overall experience with Graphik Impact was satisfactory. Their designs were decent, and they had a good understanding of my requirements. However, there were a few instances where the communication was slow, leading to delays in the project timeline. While I appreciate their affordable pricing, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and responsiveness. I would consider working with them again for simpler projects.
