I recently had therapy sessions at a local clinic. The psychologists were highly qualified and provided me with valuable insights. However, the overall experience could have been better. The scheduling process was a bit inconvenient, and I sometimes felt rushed during the sessions. Despite these issues, I did benefit from the therapy and gained a better understanding of myself.
