Attended a yoga class at vitalbalanceyoga.com and it was an amazing experience. The instructor was professional and the class was well-paced. I appreciate how the instructor paid attention to each participant and provided modifications for different skill levels. The studio had a calming atmosphere, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Would definitely recommend!
