As a customer, I have found the services provided by Capital Area District Libraries to be of average quality. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I often encounter long wait times for popular books. The library website is user-friendly and makes it easy to search for and reserve books. However, the online catalog could be improved to include more detailed information about the books, such as summaries and reviews. Overall, my experience with CADL has been satisfactory.
