I recently purchased a cell phone from 5 * Wireless and overall, my experience was average. The website, cellphoneslevittown.com, offered a decent selection of phones at competitive prices. However, the customer service left something to be desired. When I had a question about a particular phone, I had to wait quite a while before anyone responded to my inquiry. It was frustrating having to wait for a simple answer. Additionally, the shipping process took longer than expected, causing a delay in receiving my phone. On the positive side, the phone itself was in good condition and worked as expected. The website also had a user-friendly interface which made browsing and purchasing easy. Overall, while my experience was not exceptional, it was also not terrible. If you're willing to overlook the slow customer service and shipping, 5 * Wireless can be an okay option for purchasing a cell phone.
