The services provided by Sesdac are average. Although they claim to offer excellent support, I have found it to be lacking. The staff is friendly, but they seem to be overwhelmed with the number of clients they have. The website is user-friendly, but the response time for inquiries is slow. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
