I had a mixed experience at Casa da Imprensa - CDI. While the quality of their prints was great, their customer service left something to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, which was quite disappointing. However, I cannot deny the quality of their work. I just hope they improve their customer service in the future.
