I have been a customer of Novelthink for over 5 years, and I can confidently say that their services are average. While they have a user-friendly website and a good range of products, their customer support could be better. I have encountered a few issues with my orders, and it took longer than expected to get them resolved. Overall, Novelthink is a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
