The experience I had with this company was average. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate, which made finding information about their charitable work simple. It took quite some time to receive a response to my inquiries, and the answers provided were not always clear or comprehensive. Additionally, the lack of transparency in terms of financial reporting left me with some doubts about how my donations were being utilized. While I appreciate their efforts, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and transparency.
