The Kentucky Correctional Psychiatric Center is doing an average job in providing mental health care to the inmates. There is still room for improvement in terms of the quality of services provided. However, considering the challenges of operating in a correctional facility, I understand that there are limitations. Overall, it is commendable that the center is taking steps to address the mental health needs of the inmates.
