I recently ordered a custom-made piece from this company and I have to say I was quite impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I did encounter a delay in the delivery of my item, which was a bit disappointing. 🤨 Additionally, I found the customer service to be average, as I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my order. Overall, the product was good, but the experience could have been smoother. I would recommend the company for their products, but they could improve on their communication and delivery times.
