I recently bought a property through their website and found the process to be quite smooth. The website is user-friendly, making it easy to browse through listings. However, the communication with the agents could have been better. It took a while to get my questions answered, which was a bit frustrating. The property itself was in good condition, but it required some minor repairs that I wish had been disclosed earlier. Overall, my experience was average. The website is efficient, but the customer service could use improvement. 😊
