The experience with Graphik Impact has been average at best. While the quality of their work is satisfactory, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Communication is often slow and unresponsive, making it difficult to get updates or discuss any concerns. Additionally, their pricing is slightly higher compared to other similar businesses. Overall, I would say Graphik Impact is an okay choice for small projects, but there are better options available.
