Hansa holz is an average company. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. I have made a few purchases from them and the overall experience has been satisfactory. The prices are reasonable and the delivery is prompt. However, I feel that they could improve their customer service. The staff is not very friendly or helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
