I recently used their services, and I found their website to be user-friendly and informative. However, the communication could have been better. 🤔 The staff was friendly, but there were delays in responding to my queries, which was frustrating at times. The loan process took longer than expected, and I wish they were more proactive in keeping me updated. On the positive side, the loan terms were competitive, and I appreciated the effort they put into finding the right option for me. Overall, I would rate the experience as average. There's room for improvement in their communication and efficiency. 😐
