The Bike Lausanne is an average company. The overall experience was decent but nothing extraordinary. The customer service could be improved. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable and the bike selection was decent. However, the rental process could have been smoother. Overall, it was an okay experience.
