I recently used the services of this company. I found their website to be simple and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to find the information I needed. However, when I reached out for assistance, the response time was slower than expected. The customer service was average, and the representative did not seem very knowledgeable about the product. On the positive side, the quality of the product I received was satisfactory and met my expectations. Overall, my experience with the company was average. They have potential, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and customer service knowledge.
