My experience with Air Ocean Cargo was not as great as expected. The shipping process took longer than anticipated, and there were some delays in transit. The customer service was somewhat lacking, as I had difficulty getting timely updates. However, I appreciate their efforts in resolving the issues and ensuring my package eventually arrived. I would rate their service as average.
