I had a mixed experience with Rimorts (usa) llc. While they have some good qualities, there were also some areas that could be improved. However, overall, I would rate them as average. Their customer service was prompt and their staff was knowledgeable. But there were some issues with the delivery time and communication. Nonetheless, they did resolve the problems in the end.
