I recently purchased some bulbs from Bulb Zone Sarl's website. The ordering process was simple and the website was user-friendly. However, I was disappointed with the product quality. The bulbs did not last as long as advertised and some of them even arrived damaged. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, their response was slow and not very helpful. The prices were also on the higher side compared to other similar companies. Overall, my experience with Bulb Zone Sarl was average. I appreciate the convenience of their website, but the quality of their products and customer service needs improvement. I would recommend exploring other options before making a purchase from this company.
