I recently used the services of Mj Transportation for my move, and overall, it was an average experience. The movers arrived on time and were professional in handling my belongings. However, I was slightly disappointed with the level of care they took with fragile items as a few of them arrived damaged. The pricing was competitive, but I felt that some hidden costs were not clearly communicated initially. The customer service was responsive and resolved my concerns promptly. In terms of efficiency, they completed the move within the estimated time frame. Although my experience was not exceptional, it was satisfactory. I would consider using their services again, but with cautious expectations.
