The overall experience with Hunter Creek Management has been average. The staff was friendly and responsive, but there were some delays in getting maintenance issues resolved. The property was well-maintained and the amenities were great. However, I expected a better on-site management presence. In terms of value for money, it was decent. I would recommend Hunter Creek Management to others, but with the caveat that they should be prepared for some minor issues along the way.
